Holland Extension - Apollo Hotel, Lelystad, The Netherlands
Available before the Heart of Europe Tour
The Apollo hotel Lelystad City Centre is conveniently located approximately one hour by train from Schiphol Airport. Direct trains are available throughout the day to and from the Amsterdam Airport and Amsterdam Central Station. Tickets cost ¬14.00 per person each direction. From the Lelystad train station the hotel is located only five minutes on foot or two minutes by taxi (approximately ¬5.00). Lelystad has a large pedestrianonly shopping district located directly outside the hotel.
Holland Extension - Schiphol Airport Hotel
Available before the Heart of Europe Tour
Another option for a pre-tour stay is one of the airport area hotels with shuttle service to and from Schiphol Airport. This is a good option if you wish to have time to rest after your flight and before the start of the tour. This location is also convenient for more extensive sightseeing before the tour. The convenient rail system transports you directly from Schiphol Airport to the heart of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, or The Hague, all within 1½ hours. The airport is also the starting point of numerous half-day and full-day guided bus tours.
London Extension, Wirht rail From Paris - London Hotel
Available after the Heart of Europe Tour
With Eurostar, the rail time between Paris and London is less than three hours, making it convenient to add a few nights in Britains exciting capital. London offers endless possibilities with diverse museums (from Madame Tussauds Wax Museum to the Crown Jewels at the Tower Castle), incredible shopping (Harrods and Regent Street) and so many great sights (Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and Hampton Court Gardens to name just a few). Oxford, Bath and Stonehenge are also easy to reach from London by rail or local bus tours. You can even purchase tickets at one of the half-price booths and take in a London show one evening.
Paris Extension - Tour Hotel
Available after the Heart of Europe Tour
To allow more time for the Louvre Museum or some of the other incredible art museums, we recommend spending an additional night in Paris (Note: the Louvre is closed on Tuesdays and other museums in Paris are closed on Mondays). Or, perhaps you cannot resist the opportunity for a full day of shopping at the fashionable boutiques. The unique atmosphere of Montmartre and so many other attractions in and near Paris may also tempt you to linger in this international city.

Bavarian Castle from Innsbruck
In Bavaria, visit the French rococo castle of Linderhof with a walk through the gardens and a guided tour of the extravagant interior. A mid-day stop in the village of Oberammergau, site of the famous Passion Play, allows for independent lunch and time to view the beautifully frescoed buildings and visit some of the woodcarving shops famous in this area. The day will conclude with a photo stop at Neuschwanstein Castle.
Grand Holland in Holland
Drive through the lovely countryside and visit a picturesque Dutch village. You will spend the afternoon in Amsterdam, with its colorful, gabled canal houses and characteristic bridges. A panoramic city tour is followed by free time to visit one of the fine museums or the Anne Frank House. Your visit to Amsterdam concludes with a glass-top boat ride through the enchanting canals and harbor.
Paris Evening in Paris
Your French cuisine experience at a true Paris Bistro is accompanied by lively music. Dinner includes wine or another beverage, and features a tantalizing choice of French dishes. After dinner, your return bus ride will provide lovely impressions of one of the world's most celebrated cities.

Swiss Lake Boat Ride & Dinner from Swiss Lake Region hotel
Board a steamer for a scenic cruise on Lake Lucerne, also known as Vierwaldstättersee which literally means Lake of the Four Forest Cantons. The lakes complicated shape borders four of the 26 Cantons or states of Switzerland. Much of the shoreline rises steeply into mountains up to 5000 feet above the lake. Get ready for a breathtaking experience. Reach the summit of Mount Stanserhorn (elevation 6232 ft.) by both cogwheel rail and cable car. At the top, enjoy the panorama on the terrace of the mountain top restaurant, take a walk along the paths, and capture the magnificent vistas on film.
Tyrolean Dinner in Innsbruck area hotel
A cozy restaurant will serve a characteristically Austrian Wiener Schnitzel dinner including Apfelstrudel for dessert. After dinner, enjoy Tyrolean folklore entertainment including traditional songs, unique instruments, and yodeling. Verona & Venice from Bussolengo
Make a stop in Verona, made famous by Shakespeare's tragic love story of 'Romeo and Juliet'. Then, continue to romantic Venice, and reach St. Mark's Square by motor boat.
